| To order with cheques
or money order, please use our shopping cart to find out
the total amount, including shipping. Then send us an
email or fax us with the following information: 1) shipping
address, 2) contact information, 3) model, quantity, total
amount (including discount), and 4) special request. We
will send out a confirmation email to verify the total
is correct. After receiving the confirmation email, please
send the cheque/MO with a copy of the above information
and use email to notify us that the cheque/MO is on its
way. We will send out confirmation email once we receive
the cheque/MO. |

| Overseas orders |
For overseas shipping, we use the US postal service exclusively. This is a cost effective option. We encourage you to consider the reliability of postal service on your end as this is beyond our control. We would like the transaction to be as trouble free as possible, so that you can enjoy your subwoofer as soon as possible.
You may wish to consider getting a tracking number for added protection. In most countries, the only way we can get tracking number is to use Express Option, which may add another $10 - 20 to the shipping cost.
In the following the table, air postal service shipping
costs are listed (US postal service no longer provides
international surface shipping). If your country is
not listed, contact us for
a shipping quote. Express post (with tracking number)
is not included, this costs approximately $15 more.

All returns need a RMA number. Please contact us before you return the product. |
|
If the product is not used and it is in a condition that it can be re-sold, you can return it within 45 days after you place the order. |
|
All of our shipments are insured. For damaged shipment, please notify the appropriate postal service immediately. |

All products carry warranty against defects as specified in the product information web page. |
|
Products needing service under warranty should be sent to us insured at your cost. We will either send a new unit or repair the returned unit, at our discretion. |

All other returns of non-defective units are subject to a restocking fee. |

| The warranty does not cover abuse, nor incorrect installation. If you are unsure about any aspect of installation, please contact us rather than risk making an expensive mistake. Abuse includes continuously playing sine wave and other test tones for an extended period. A duty cycle greater than 33% is considered abuse, where the test tone plays for 20 seconds followed by a break of 40 seconds. Abuse also includes, but is not limited to, running the sub in such a way that the excursion limits of the driver are exceeded, or the thermal limits of the driver or amplifier are tested by continuous use for an extended period at high output. |

| * Note on Crossover fc: If you wish to have a 12 dB / octave slope on the crossover, the fixed crossover is not required. If you choose the 24 dB / octave crossover then a fixed low pass is added. In this case, a corner frequency must be chosen. eg. You may choose to have a fixed crossover with a corner frequency (fc) of 80 Hz to match most home theatre receivers. You should then set your 12 dB / octave variable low pass to 80 Hz so that the slope of the fixed and variable filters will sum. As a result, you get a 24 dB / octave slope at 80 Hz. |
